Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations.

- No additional handling fees or hidden costs.
- Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on orders over $200 (after discounts, before tax).

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once processed, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:
- First, check around your property and with neighbors.
- Then contact the carrier for assistance.
