Products that have been opened, tampered with, or consumed cannot be returned due to safety and compliance reasons with consumable goods.

Approval & Shipping Label
Our team will verify your request. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. -
Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier location using the return label. -
Inspection
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days. -
Refund or Exchange Issued

If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

If an exchange is requested and approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
