At 7oopsoh, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 15-day free return and exchange policy to ensure a worry-free shopping experience.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The request must be made within 15 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Products that have been opened, tampered with, or consumed cannot be returned due to safety and compliance reasons with consumable goods.

  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds or exchanges will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Returns without prior email approval will not be accepted

🔁 How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at Contact@7oopsoh.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

  2. Approval & Shipping Label
    Our team will verify your request. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack & Ship
    Securely pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest carrier location using the return label.

  4. Inspection
    Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days.

  5. Refund or Exchange Issued

    • If eligible, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

    • If an exchange is requested and approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.


💵 Refund Details

  • Refunds are only issued for eligible returns as per the policy above.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are refundable only if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or consumed edible products

  • Items damaged after delivery not due to our error

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Items returned after 15 days of delivery

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email Contact@7oopsoh.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • Your order number

We will quickly resolve the issue by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
